O-1B Approval for Fashion Designer from Taiwan

We recently received an extraordinary ability in the arts O-1B approval for a Fashion Designer who is a Taiwanese national. Congratulations to our client!

This client reached out towards the end of her OPT period to determine whether the O-1B may be a good fit, and we were able to complete the submission during her 60 day grace period and successfully demonstrate to the Immigration Services that her past achievements in fashion and jewelry design met the regulatory criteria for extraordinary ability. It was approved without a request for evidence.
