O-1B Approval for Graphic Designer from India
We recently received an O-1B extraordinary ability visa approval for a designer who is an Indian national. Congratulations to our client!
Our client was working as a designer through STEM OPT at a small advertising agency that had several high profile campaigns which she played a lead role on. She also had been recognized for her design work through several design organizations, including the One Club for Creativity. We were able to demonstrate through these achievements, in addition to testimonial letters from other experts in the field of design, that she met the regulatory criteria to be classified as an person of extraordinary ability in the arts. It was approved without a request for evidence.
I’ve worked with many designers who are transitioning from either OPT or STEM OPT to O-1B. Don’t hesitate to reach out for a comprehensive consultation at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com.
