Spousal Green Card Approval for Danish National

We recently received an approval for an adjustment of status for a Danish national based upon his marriage to a US citizen. Congratulation to our clients!

This case was adjudicated at the New York Field Office. Interviews for spousal based cases have started again at the New York Field Offices and cases have been scheduled more quickly than before. Here, the case was interviewed approximately 3 months after filing. We submitted with documents showing a bona fide marriage with the initial filing and supplemented the record with additional bona fides at the interview.
