Spousal Green Card Approval for Mexican National
We recently received a green card approval at the New York Field Office for a Mexican national who was petitioned by his US citizen husband. Congratulations to our clients!
The beneficiary was previously working in the US in TN status, a status for some Canadian and Mexican nationals working in professions under NAFTA/USCMA, and was able to apply to adjust status to lawful permanent resident (a green card) after getting married to his USC spouse. The one step adjustment of status was filed in December and they were interviewed approximately six months later at the New York Field Office.
