DACA Renewal approved for Guyanese National

We recently received an approval for a Guyanese national who renewed his deferred action for childhood arrivals, also known as DACA.

The approval took about three months and we applied six months prior to his DACA expiration to ensure that there was no lapse in his employment authorization. I have been representing this young man on DACA and subsequent approvals since 2014.
