O-1B Approval for Architectural Designer from India

We recently received an approval for an O-1B extraordinary ability in the arts for an architectural designer who is a national of India. Congratulations to our client!

We received a request for evidence (RFE) for this case where the Service believed there was sufficient evidence for some of the of the categories. We took the RFE as an opportunity to explain the evidence we had previously submitted to clarify any doubts the adjudicator may have had and we also supplemented the record. It was approved shortly after submitting the response.
