O-1B Approval for Fashion Designer from Mexico

We recently received an O-1B extraordinary ability approval for a fashion designer from Mexico. Congratulations to our client!

Our client graduated from a fashion design program in New York and was working in the United States as a technical design assistant at a well-known fashion house on his OPT. We were able to demonstrate through this work and other achievements he had made in fashion design that he met the regulatory criteria for extraordinary ability, including playing a critical role at distinguished organizations, playing a lead role on fashion productions, press, and significant recognition from other experts in the field. It was approved without a request for evidence.

I have successfully represented numerous fashion designers transition from OPT to O-1B status. Don’t hesitate to contact me for a comprehensive consultation if you are also considering applying for extraordinary ability in the arts immigration status. I can be reached directly at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com.
