Spousal Green Card for German National Approved at Raleigh Field Office

We recently co-counseled on an adjustment of status case for a German national who had entered on visa waiver and was married to a US citizen. It was approved at the USCIS Field Office in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Congratulations to our client!

Many attorneys with expertise in other legal areas are interested in working with clients in immigration, but wish to have a mentor since the laws are extremely complex and the stakes are very high.
