O-1B Approval for Indian Illustrator

We recently received an approval for a second 3-year O-1B period for an Illustrator who is an Indian national. Congratulations to our client!

Our client was previously granted O-1B status for her achievements to work in the field of illustration in the United States. We provided evidence to the USCIS of new achievements she had made over the past three years that fit into the O-1B categories as well as all of the employment related documentation needed for an O-1B: agent agreement, contracts, evidence of the distinguished nature of future productions she was contracted to work on, and an updated advisory opinion. It was approved without a request for evidence.

If you are an illustrator and interested in applying for O-1B status, don’t hesitate to reach out for a comprehensive consultation at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com.
