O-1B Visa Approval for Creative Director from the United Kingdom

We recently received an approval of an O-1B visa for a Creative Director from the United Kingdom. Congratulations to our client!

This is the fifth O-1B visa that the client has received. While previously he was tied to one employer through an employer petitioned O-1B, this was agent petition since he also had freelance work lined up for him. Both his full-time employer and his employer for the freelance project authorized his agent to submit the petition on their behalf. Since it was approved as an agent based petition, he can now also take on additional freelance gigs in Creative Direction as they arise. It was approved without a request for evidence.
